Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities across company facilities, stores, offices, and equipment. This role ensures that all buildings, fixtures, utilities, equipment, and operational areas are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable condition. The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, manage repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain company standards.

• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

• Knowledge of general repairs, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple tasks.

• Oversee daily maintenance activities across company locations.

• Conduct inspections and identify repair or maintenance needs.
