Warehouse Manager- Operations

BPI GUYANA INC.  is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager – Operations to lead and oversee our warehousing and distribution operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely distribution, operational excellence, and the highest standards of safety and customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, including at least three (3) years at a managerial level.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

• Knowledge of inventory management, transportation logistics, and warehousing operations.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and stock control.

• Monitor operational costs including transport, overtime, and warehouse expenditure.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and security standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements.

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel and leadership teams.

• Maintain warehouse performance reports, KPIs, and operational statistics.

• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
