Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Department, including staff supervision, merchandising, and overall department presentation, to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and the achievement of sales and delivery targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience within a customer service environment would be considered an asset.

  • Passion for customer service, sales leadership, and technology.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, innovation, integrity, and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Unicomer’s systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor branch operations, stock movement, merchandising standards, and asset maintenance to ensure company standards are upheld.

  • Support stock counts, investigate variances, and maintain accurate inventory records and displays.

  • Ensure sales transactions and customer bookings are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Foster a customer-focused, team-oriented culture that promotes professionalism, accountability, and high performance.

  • Coach, train, and support staff to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational effectiveness.

  • Utilize operational reports and business data to support sales growth and branch performance.

  • Ensure the branch environment remains clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with staff while encouraging employee growth and development.

  • Maximize productivity, staffing resources, and operational efficiency within the branch.

  • Perform any other lawful duties assigned in support of business objectives.
