Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage sales associates to ensure that sales objectives are met
- Implement strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering new items
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Organize in-store displays and promotional materials
- Tracking monthly and quarterly performance
