The Accounts Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks for the Finance Department. They will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and provide support to the Accountant as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent, CAT
One plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of accounting software, experience with Peachtree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Processing transactions
Maintain financial records
Handling daily administrative tasks in the finance department.
