Description

The Procurement Coordinator will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service business by managing the procurement of all necessary services. The incumbent will source and negotiate contracts with vendors, process purchase orders, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the service industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential vendors for various services required by the company.

  • Evaluate vendor qualifications, pricing, and service offerings to ensure they meet our needs.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure strong communication and service delivery.

  • Create and process purchase orders for approved services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Track deliveries and invoices, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in service procurement.

  • Understand the specific service requirements of different departments within the company.

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify service needs and ensure efficient procurement.
