Responsible for selling products and services by going out into the field to meet potential customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC subjects with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales representative AND
Possession of a valid driver’s license to drive vans and be able to operate both manual and automatic gear.
Have a list of all parts, lubricants and accessories available in stock.
Take orders from current customers and source new customers.
Collect cash and cheque payments from customers and provide them with receipts.
Deliver cash and cheques to the cashier on a daily basis.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Educate customers about the benefits of the products.
Have a thorough understanding of the industry and company.
Prepare on a daily basis route a structure for each area that must be visited.
Ensure that sales targets are met every month.
Look for new customers and update the Customer Listing every month and report to management the new customers that were added.
