Description

Responsible for selling products and services by going out into the field to meet potential customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC subjects with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales representative AND

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license to drive vans and be able to operate both manual and automatic gear.

Responsibilities

  • Have a list of all parts, lubricants and accessories available in stock.

  • Take orders from current customers and source new customers.

  • Collect cash and cheque payments from customers and provide them with receipts.

  • Deliver cash and cheques to the cashier on a daily basis.

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers.

  • Educate customers about the benefits of the products.

  • Have a thorough understanding of the industry and company.

  • Prepare on a daily basis route a structure for each area that must be visited.

  • Ensure that sales targets are met every month.

  • Look for new customers and update the Customer Listing every month and report to management the new customers that were added.
