TOTAL-BASE Services Guyana Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in oilfield services to join our team in Guyana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the oilfield industry, coupled with a proactive and self-driven approach to sales and business development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the oilfield services industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
Strong technical background and understanding of oilfield equipment and services.
Proven track record of successful sales achievements and business development in the oil and gas sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
Familiarity with the oil and gas market in Guyana is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oilfield services sector in Guyana.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the oil and gas industry.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
