Core Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of efficient production processes and a safe work
environment.
2. Perform quality tests and material inspection. Control and maintain the resulting records in a timely,
accurate, and easily retrievable manner.
3. Ensure the laboratory operations meet or exceed efficiency and International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) / Business Management System (BMS) quality standards
Qualifications / Experience:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field, along with at least three (3) years’ experience of related
work experience.
OR
· Three (3) A’ Levels passes including Chemistry or a Diploma / Associate’s Degree in Quality Assurance
with at least four (4) years of related work experience.
Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the positions:
1. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Sage 300 System.
2. Good level of interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Passion for excellence with a “can do” attitude.
4. Ability to follow work rules, work both independently and within a team.
5. Knowledge and experience of working in the Paint and Manufacturing industry.
6. Good physical health and strength
7. Ability to use machinery/equipment required.
8. A self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
9. Excellent time management skills.
