Process Improvement Specialist” The individual will support the execution of process improvement initiatives across all subsidiaries of ATNI and external clients. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and assist in the implementation of process improvements using standard industry best practices in process re-engineering and in accordance with WeSolveCX policies and procedures.


  • Diploma in Business Management or related field

  • 3 - 5 years’ working experience in process re-engineering, workflow, and process digitization

  • Three (3)+ years of experience in project management

  • Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt Minimum


  • Assist in designing strategies for digital transformation and process digitization through consultation with clients using focus groups, interviews, surveys, observations, etc.

  • Assist in conducting a thorough analysis of the current state of business processes to produce a gap analysis of the roadmap of changes required to get to optimal efficiency.

  • Assist in designing detailed requirements for process improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with internal departments including ATN IT to drive implementation.

  • Assist in designing and conducting training for clients to operationalize process changes

  • Document policies, processes, procedures, and flowcharts for clients.
