Professional Print & Design has the following openings:

• Admin/Accounting Officers

• Wide Format Printer Operator

• Embroidery Machine Operators

• Signage Application Staff

• Welding/Fabrication Staff

Qualification and experience varies for each position.

• Admin/Accounting Officers

Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner

Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times

Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments

Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems

Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information

Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary

• Wide Format Printer Operator

Setup, operate and maintain “Wide Format” printers including roll to roll and flatbed machines to produce assigned jobs by following job ticket requirements while maintaining production schedule.

• Embroidery Machine Operators

Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each job. Sew logos, initials, and other patterns into fabric. Perform regular machine maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot any problems that arise with your machine and resolve them.

• Signage Application Staff

Responsible for the mechanical or automated design and preparation of interior and exterior signage.

• Welding/Fabrication Staff

Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds and cleans metal. Utilizes fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication. Provides feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures and jigs. Conceptualizes and makes fixtures.
