Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commissary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all commissary-related duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our seven-day business.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Commissary Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • In-depth knowledge of commissary management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the commissary

  • Manage inventory and supply chain according to company guidelines

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs

  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
