We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commissary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all commissary-related duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our seven-day business.
Proven working experience as a Commissary Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of commissary management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
Oversee daily operations of the commissary
Manage inventory and supply chain according to company guidelines
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
