The Public Relations Clerk will support Muneshwers Limited in building and maintaining a positive brand image through various media channels. This role involves creating engaging content, managing online interactions, and ensuring brand consistency across all mediums. The Public Relations Clerk will also lead in developing and implementing advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness.
At least 1 year of experience in public relations, digital marketing, or content creation.
Proficiency in content creation and editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Content Development & Management
Develop and execute content strategies that align with Muneshwers' branding and communication goals.
Film, edit, and post relevant content on social media and other digital platforms.
Perform regular checks on campaign and ad performance, engaging with comments and responding to messages as needed.
Design & Creative Projects
Design vacancy ads, greeting cards, business cards, email signatures, and other creative materials.
Ensure all digital and print designs align with brand aesthetics and standards.
Brand Consistency & Engagement
Monitor and maintain brand consistency on all physical and digital platforms, ensuring logos and other brand elements are correctly placed on equipment, signs, clothing/uniforms, and presentations.
Engage with followers and respond to feedback on social media, taking action or escalating issues as necessary.
Advertising & Promotion
Lead and coordinate all advertising initiatives, including newsletters, website updates, press releases, signage, event promotions, and newspaper articles.
Track and analyze the performance of advertisements and promotional efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
