TOTALTEC Inc. and its subsidiaries in Guyana are seeking at least 25 motivated individuals to join our growing team as General Field Operators as Trainees. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and certification to perform a variety of essential operations in the energy and industrial sectors. Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent, GTI graduates welcome.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar industrial or construction environment is an asset but not required.

Basic computer skills (e.g., email, data entry)

Confined Space Entry & Tank Cleaning: Perform confined space entry procedures, tank cleaning, and related tasks following strict safety protocols.
Scaffolding: Erect, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Working at Heights: Safely perform tasks at heights, utilizing appropriate fall protection equipment and procedures.
Welding & Fabrication: Carry out welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Equipment Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools, identifying and reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
Other Duties: Perform other operational tasks as assigned, including general labor, material handling, and equipment operation.
