Description

Handling incoming or outgoing customer calls, account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.

Requirements

1.      1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferred but not required.  

2.      Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail  

3.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

4.      Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance. 

Responsibilities

1.      Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls. 

2.      Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries. 

3.      Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores.  

4.      Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options. 

5.      At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer.
