The Marketing Executive is responsible to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to our machinery and service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, experience in both traditional and digital marketing, and the ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in industrial, construction, or equipment-related sectors.
· Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and digital platforms.
· Experience with market research, content creation, and event coordination.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics).
· Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s machinery, equipment, and related services.
· Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Plan and coordinate promotional activities such as product launches, equipment demonstrations, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
· Create, edit, and manage marketing content and materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations.
· Manage digital marketing platforms (social media, website, email marketing), ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance tracking (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics).
· Support the sales team by generating qualified leads and equipping them with effective promotional tools and materials.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners to enhance brand presence and business development.
· Track and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness; assist in budgeting and planning of promotional activities.
