Grant and Funding Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a Grant and Funding Specialist to support a nonprofit organization in identifying, vetting, and securing funding opportunities, with a focus on grants. The successful candidate will also play a key role in expanding outreach efforts to strengthen community campaigns and student chapters.

• Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, or related nonprofit funding roles.

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines.

• Familiarity with nonprofit structures, community outreach, and donor relations is an asset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Research and evaluate grant and funding opportunities that align with the organization’s mission.

• Prepare, review, and submit grant applications, proposals, and supporting documents.

• Maintain a funding pipeline and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions.

• Build relationships with donors, grant providers, and funding institutions.

• Support the expansion of outreach initiatives for community campaigns.

• Assist in establishing and growing student chapters by coordinating engagement strategies.

• Provide regular updates on funding efforts and outreach progress.
