With several employees and offices serving many clients with the levels of protection that anticipate needs and build enduring relationships, Adirondacks Protection Services Guyana, annexed by Adirondacks Protection Services USA, headquarters in Brooklyn, NY, USA, servicing the States of New Jersey and Connecticut, USA, has been Guyanese American owned and managed since 201Adirondacks Protection Services is looking for physically capable, experience, qualified and reliable individual with law enforcement or military experience to join our growing security team as an Unarmed Security Guard.  In this role, maintain a safe and secure environment at businesses, organizations, and residential properties.  You will be required to patrol premises, perform access control, and investigate disturbances.

We are looking for a dedicated and alert Unarmed Security Guard to manage the security and safety of businesses, organizations, and premises. In this role, your duties will include performing access control, monitoring security equipment, and patrolling the premises. You will also need to alert law enforcement agents of security breaches.

• CXC and or other equivalent qualification
• Physically capable and Experience
• Ex-Military and or Para Military Experience
• Prior experience as an Unarmed Security Guard.
• Relevant Security Guard and first aid training.
• Police Clearance - Criminal Records Check.
• Ages between 18 and 55 years

Experience

• Valid Driver’s License

• Patrolling buildings, facilities, and perimeters as required.
• Record details of person visiting the facility, vehicles arriving and departing
• Documenting observations and surveillance of activities.
• Investigating suspicious activities and disturbances.
• Informing personnel and visitors of security procedures and clients’ policy
• Monitoring alarm systems and video surveillance equipment
• Performing maintenance checks on security systems and equipment.
• Ensuring security equipment is always in excellent working condition.
• Completing and submitting incident reports immediately after any incident
• Adhering to security rules and regulations.
• Executing and implementing instruction on security and safety procedures  
• Ensuring that your uniform remains clean and well-maintained
• Alway wears your full uniform while on duty.
• Engaged Law Enforcement and Emergency Services as required.
