Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
Coordinate day-to-day tasks for active campaigns (digital, promotions, sponsorships).
Ensure deadlines are met for ads, social media posts, and content rollouts.
Liaise with designers, printers, and external agencies.
Content & Communication
Schedule and monitor social media posts, newsletters, and SMS blasts.
Update digital platforms with campaign materials.
Support content creation (photos, captions, video snippets).
Brand Presence
Ensure stores (gas stations, mini-marts, etc.) display campaign material correctly.
Assist with event promotions, launches, and community activities.
Data & Reporting
Track campaign performance (social engagement, foot traffic, sales uplift).
Prepare weekly updates for management with key insights.
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers.
Collaboration
Work with Sales teams to align promotions with customer needs.
Support HR with internal campaigns (recruitment ads, staff appreciation events).
Be the “go-to” person, ensuring campaigns run smoothly end-to-end.
