Senior IT Specialist

The Senior IT Specialist provides advanced technical support, oversees complex troubleshooting, and ensures reliable operation of the company’s IT systems. This role acts as the escalation point for difficult issues and provides guidance to junior support staff.

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–5+ years technical support experience.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system administration.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills (hardware/software/network).

• Ability to lead junior staff and manage escalations.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Manage escalated tickets and system-level support tasks.

• Oversee user accounts, system updates, and routine maintenance.

• Support and guide junior IT staff; review completed work.

• Maintain IT equipment, network devices, and documentation.

• Assist with IT security protocols and access controls.
