Description

Knight Rider Bus Service invites applications for the following immediate employment opportunities:

  1. 2 positions for Reservations Specialist:

  • Make and update customer reservations

  • Answer customer inquiries and quotation requests

  • Follow up on customer experience

  • Overlook dispatch team activities to ensure that client expectations are met

  • Increase conversion from quotation to reservations

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting

  • Includes: Company laptop and/or phone, monthly performance bonus, potential for remote or hybrid work schedule (to be confirmed)

  • Desired Skills: Effective written and verbal communication (emails, messages and calls), good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  1. Project Administrator: 2 positions

  • Create and manage employee schedules/ duty rosters

  • Handling disciplinary and staffing matters while managing employee assignments

  • Compiling salary and human-resource related reporting

  • Completing daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports

  • Recruiting for project based on staffing needs

  • Includes: Company laptop

  • Desired Experience: Supervisory and/or Human Resources Experience

  • Desired Skills: People and talent management, effective written and verbal communication (emails, messages and calls), good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  1. Project Lead: 1 Position

  • Cradle to grave asset management and reporting

  • Expense and invoice reporting

  • Scheduling of preventative maintenance and accident investigation

  • Handle all commercial, performance and/or personnel matters arising on project

  • Conducting fleet inspections and asset depreciation logs

  • Maintaining client relations while supporting subordinate staff on project

  • Includes: Company phone and/or laptop

  • Desired Experience: Operations management/ supervision and/or analysis

  • Desired Skills: People and talent management, effective written and verbal communication (emails, messages and calls), excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  1. 4 positions for Logistics Coordinator/ Dispatcher:

  • Making customer reservations and ensuring that client expectations are met

  • Updating reservation information with waiting and end times

  • Dispatching drivers and vehicles promptly

  • Tracking vehicles

  • Verifying fuel levels and requesting fuel when necessary

  • Includes: Performance-based pay

Desired Experience: Customer service and/or operations

Desired Skills: Effective written and verbal communication (emails, messages and calls)

  1. 2 positions for Facilities Lead:

  • Manage and prepare properties based on client's expectations and operational standards

  • Enact basic cleaning and repairs to property

  • Possess building maintenance knowledge of plumbing, painting, masonry.

  1. 2 positions for Detailers:

Keep company vehicles clean.

  1. 11 positions for Drivers:

To operate SUV, Minibus and 28-seater buses.

Minimum 3 years driving experience.

  1. Ground Transportation Supervisors, 1 Position

    Driver Supervision & Performance Management

    Safety & Regulatory Compliance

    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure vehicles meet inspection standards.

    • Maintain documentation for insurance, licensing, and regulatory audits.

    . Customer Service & Incident Resolution

    • Respond to passenger complaints, delays, or service disruptions.

    • Coordinate with operations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

    . Reporting & Operational Analysis

    • Track KPIs such as fuel usage, trip counts, and maintenance logs.

    • Submit daily/weekly reports to management with actionable insights.

  • Fleet Coordination & Dispatch Oversight

    • Monitor vehicle assignments, route efficiency, and driver schedules.

    • Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to service timelines.

  • Desired Skills: People and talent management, effective written and verbal communication (emails, messages and calls), good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  1. Human Resource/ Administrator, 1 Position.

    1. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Coordinate job postings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.

    • Prepare offer letters and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

    2. Employee Records & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

    3. Payroll & Leave Administration

    • Track attendance, process leave requests, and support payroll preparation.

    • Address discrepancies and ensure timely updates to employee data.

    Staff Communication & Support

    • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.

    • Communicate policy updates, memos, and notices with clarity and professionalism.

    5. Performance & Disciplinary Oversight

    • Assist in performance review coordination and documentation.

    • Support disciplinary procedures with proper documentation and fairness.

    6. Office Administration & Coordination

    • Oversee office supplies, filing systems, and administrative logistics.

    • Support interdepartmental coordination and event planning as needed.

Requirements
