IT Personnel / IT Support Officer

The IT Personnel is responsible for maintaining the organization’s computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies that enhance productivity and data protection.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+( 1 or 2)  or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT support (3 Years Experience) , network administration, or systems maintenance.

• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft 365,

• Familiar with server management and active directories, backup systems, and cybersecurity protocols.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

• Provide technical support to staff in person, over the phone, or via remote access.

• Manage and maintain active domain, email systems, and data backups.

• Ensure data and network security through antivirus updates, firewalls, and regular audits.

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and warranties.

• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles, and ensure proper access controls.

• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations.

• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and documentation of IT processes.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and procurement.
