The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance to ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
