Baristas are the heart of Kiskadee Coffee’s customer experience. They prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and pastries while delivering friendly, efficient service. Baristas are also responsible for keeping the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly during their shift.
We're hiring both full-time and part-time baristas. Flexible schedules available.
• Prior barista or café experience is preferred, but not mandatory as training will be provided
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
• Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and grab-and-go pastries to Kiskadee Coffee standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and correctly
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and handle orders efficiently
• Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency at all times
• Keep the bar and service area and bathrooms clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
• Restock pastries, cups, milk, and other supplies as needed
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately
• Support the Store Supervisor in keeping inventory accounted for and reporting low stock
