The Billing Clerk will generally perform billing responsibilities for the accounts department. Their duties include supporting accounts receivable, and inventory, acting as a cashier to bill orders for customers, and preparing and maintaining records among other job obligations.
Minimum of 5 subjects CXC including Math and English
Furthering studies in CAT or similar fields.
Computer literacy and proficiency in QuickBooks.
Previous experience as a Billing will be an asset.
Ability to perform your duties with minimum supervision.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Assists in stock count, stock-taking process
