Qualifications:
5 Subjects CXC Inclusive of Maths and English.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a positive, professional attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with QuickBooks software is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
Process and update customer orders, requests, and account details.
Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company procedures.
