Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 Subjects CXC Inclusive of Maths and English.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with QuickBooks software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.

  • Process and update customer orders, requests, and account details.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.

  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company procedures.
