Driver- YDriver

YDrive Drivers are responsible for taking clients to and from their hotels, homes, workplaces, airports, or anywhere requested. They offer point-to-point services and, in some cases, also sight-seeing trips around the city and different attractions.

Full time and Part time available

• Valid Local Driver Permit

• Ability to work 12 hour shifts that run on a 24-hour schedule

• Must be flexible and adaptive to change

• Communication: Verbal & Written

• Must be Professional

• Experience will be an asset

1. Drive with caution to always provide a safe trip to clients and to avoid any potential accident or incident

2. Be present at work at least 15mins before the scheduled shift

3. Comply with the company’s journey management and fatigue management policies.

4. Always provide concise and effective communication with CSRs and supervisors whether verbal or written to ensure the correct messages have been conveyed

5. To adhere to standards, guidelines, legislation, and procedures set to ensure the safety and wellbeing to all guests and fellow employees.

6. Report all incidents, vehicle accidents, customer service issues etc are reported to the CSR on return to base or asap.

7. Go the extra mile when necessary to ensure customer’s needs are met
