The Driver is responsible providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for staff, clients, and materials. In addition, the Driver will support basic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
. A sound secondary education
· Valid Guyana Driver’s Licence (minimum categories: Car & Van; additional categories an asset).
· At least 3–5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
· Sound knowledge of Guyana’s roadways and traffic regulations.
· Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance and checks.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required.
· Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and goods to designated locations.
· Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs, adhering to schedules.
· Maintain vehicles in clean and roadworthy condition, conducting routine checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.).
· Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or required maintenance immediately to management.
· Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trips.
· Deliver official documents, packages, and correspondence as directed.
· Support logistics during company meetings, workshops, or events.
· Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with staff, clients, and external partners.
· Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
