The Recruiting Clerk is responsible for assisting with the recruitment and selection process for the company, ensuring that all candidates are properly screened and evaluated for potential employment.
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in recruiting or HR support role
Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
· Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, and scheduling interviews
· Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential candidates
· Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate
· Assist with onboarding process for new hires
· Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
· Other duties as assigned
