The Purchase Clerk is responsible for managing purchasing activities, vendor sourcing, and administrative support functions to ensure smooth operational workflows. Key duties include obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders and approval forms, coordinating hotel and vehicle bookings, and facilitating intercompany reconciliations. The role also involves tracking export rep allowances, supporting insurance claim processes, and overseeing inventory reconciliation for the garage and handling gain/losses.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
2 years’ experience in purchasing and accounting.
Pursuing Level 2 CAT certification or equivalent qualification

Following up on outstanding information as it relates to insurance claims
Intercompany reconciliation
Garage inventory count and reconciliation
Gain/loss on handling reconciliation
