Recover Guyana is seeking a reliable and experienced Minibus Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a NGO-owned minibus to transport team members, goods, and other authorized passengers. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of traffic laws, and a professional attitude.
Valid Driver’s License for minibus (Bus License).
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with Guyana (national) roads and routes.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
Good communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
Previous experience driving for an NGO, school, or company (advantageous).
Operate and maintain the NGO’s minibus in a safe and responsible manner.
Transport team, guests, and/or goods to assigned destinations on time.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Conduct daily checks (oil, fuel, tires, brakes, lights) and report any mechanical issues.
Follow all road safety regulations and company transportation policies.
Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records.
Assist with loading and unloading where required.
Perform any other driving or support duties assigned by management.
