JSB Investments is inviting applications for the position of Sales Delivery Clerk. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to support our sales and delivery operations.
2 years’ experience in sales, delivery, or clerical support (experience in a similar role is an asset).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, dependable, and customer-oriented.
Assist with processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales, invoices, and delivery records.
Work closely with the sales and logistics team to meet customer needs.
Handle product checks, packaging, and timely dispatch.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery-related queries.
Maintain proper filing and assist with basic administrative duties.
