The Data & IT Support Assistant provides support to business units, offering troubleshooting in basic hardware, software and connectivity issues.
5 CSEC subjects grade 1-3, inclusive of Mathematics and English
IT or EDPM (preferred)
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Word
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and customer service mindset
Basic scripting in Python would be an asset
Create, clean and format data extracts and reports in Microsoft Excel.
Use common formula/functions.
Document simple procedures and maintain a repository of report templates.
Assist staff with basic hardware /software issues.
Troubleshoot minor network/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi/LAN).
