Guyana Times Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant.
Five (5) CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 1 year of administrative or HR-related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong internet and computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the company.
Assist with human resource-related duties.
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, groceries, and janitorial items.
Coordinate internal communications and scheduling.
Support the organization’s administrative and operational functions.
