Processed guest payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring billing accuracy. Organize and maintain the front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest information. Assist in coordinating events and conferences held at the hotel, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction. Additionally, addressing guest complaints and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
High school graduate/training in Hospitality Industry/Previous experience as Front Desk Agent.
Fluency in English. Additional language will be an asset.
Ability to work shifts, especially on Sundays and holidays.
Computer literate and previous experience in Property Management Systems
Processing check in and out for hotel guests
Updating guest's information
Processing invoices and payments
Logging and addressing guest queries
Making and updating reservations
Assisting guest with concierge services
