We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations through field-based administrative tasks. This role involves regular travel within Georgetown and surrounding areas to conduct business on behalf of the company, including visits to government agencies, banks, and other institutions. The assistant will be accompanied by an office driver and must maintain professionalism, discretion, and efficiency in all interactions.
Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of Mathematics & English
At least one (1) year working experience in the similar role or field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Applicant must produce a valid Police Clearance.
Represent the company during visits to government offices, ministries, banks, and other external agencies.
Submit and collect documents, applications, permits, and correspondence as required.
Maintain accurate records of all field activities, including receipts, forms, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of documents.
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents upon return to the office.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
Communicate updates and outcomes of field visits to relevant team members.
