Duties and Responsibilities:
Consult with customers to understand their skin type, beauty regimen, and style preferences.
Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying; advise them on how to use the products and care for their skin.
Recommend skincare products and cosmetics that suit the customer’s needs and preferences.
Guide makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and new products in the market.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Process customer transactions and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
Work closely with sales associates to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service to every client and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in product training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role.
Experience in sales, retail, or a related field may be required.
Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g., how to apply face cream).
Excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and a friendly demeanor.
Understanding of which products suit different skin types.
Ability to provide personalized advice on beauty products and routines.
High school diploma
Qualifications - Junior Brand Managers:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration
Prior experience in sales and marketing, or brand management.
High analytical thinking abilities and initiative.
