1. Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees.
2. Assist managers by translating tasks and instructions for Spanish-speaking employees.
3. Collaborate with Roland to manage employee timekeeping.
4. Ensure all employees entering the work zone are fully equipped with the required PPE.
5. Report any site accidents to the office and record them in the accident ledger.
6. Ensure first aid supplies are always available on-site, in date, and fit for use.
7. Serve as the first responder for any accident or injury, performing assessments and administering necessary medical care.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
