Outbound Sales Representative
In this role of “Outbound Sales Representative” individuals are responsible for selling and promoting products and services offered by One Communications on established targets. The Outbound Sales representative will sell products and services using solid sales tactics to existing & potential customers.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of Five (5) subjects CSEC inclusive of Mathematics & English Grades 1-3 or related/equivalent field required.
2+ years of related experience sales and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in customer services.
A valid driver's license would be an asset.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Place outbound sales calls based on leads and complete the sale of products and/or services via campaign promotions offered by One Communications
Work at various Tent Sales & Door to Door Sales Activities across the country to generate sales.
Answer inquiries, resolve or escalate problems, promote, and sell product/services based on customer needs.
Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff where applicable.
Respond to questions with clear product knowledge and credibility.
Provide reports & summaries of overall campaign and personal performance daily, weekly & monthly.
Provide relevant feedback and insight into campaign flow and execution.
