We are currently seeking Elite Customer Service Representatives and Brand Ambassadors. This role requires highly skilled and experienced salespeople, as the company represents brands and operates on an international level. We are looking for salespeople who can build customer relationships with new and existing clientele while effectively combining their sales and merchandising expertise to drive product visibility and achieve sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; MUST have Math and English, Grades 1-3.
Additional education or certification in beauty or retail will be a plus.
At least two (2) years of Sales experience; can work effortlessly as a team member or independently when required.
Previous experience in customer service or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn about products.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be the first point of contact for customers/clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism.
Offer personalized assistance and make a special effort to build rapport.
Ensure each shopper has a luxurious, seamless, and professional shopping experience.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships through follow-up communication.
Stay updated on the latest product collections, designer trends, and care/usage instructions to inform customers/clients accurately.
Support visual merchandising standards to reflect Glamour Beauty's luxury image.
Keep displays organized and products impeccably presented.
Resolve issues about products and services offered by simply clarifying the customer's complaint (determining the cause of the issue) and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishments, and special product requests; inform management about analyzed customer shopping trends/needs.
Ensure procedures are followed when customers are paying with cheque/credit card, US Currency, etc.
Always represent the company's image, values, and service excellence.
