We are looking for a reliable and organized Data Entry & Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our company. The role is simple, structured, and mainly focused on updating records, preparing small reports, and assisting with basic office tasks.

Comfortable using Excel and basic computer applications.
Able to work in a steady, structured routine.
Good communication skills.
Willing to learn (full training provided).
Enter daily information such as receipts, meal orders, and basic expenses.
Keep spreadsheets updated and organized.
Help check meal orders submitted through Jotform and send the totals to the kitchen.
Assist with simple branch checks and stock logs (training provided).
Prepare small weekly reports for management.
File documents and keep digital records organized.
Communicate with suppliers when needed (follow-up calls, updating logs).
Provide basic support for payroll preparation (attendance updates only).
