Description

We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service department

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure consistent service excellence

  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Monitor performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide coaching where necessary

  • Prepare reports, track service metrics, and recommend improvements

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centered work environment
