We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service across all customer touchpoints.
Minimum 2–3 years’ supervisory experience in customer service or a related field
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation
Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service department
Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure consistent service excellence
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide coaching where necessary
Prepare reports, track service metrics, and recommend improvements
