Senior Accounts Clerk

JSB Investment Inc is seeking a Senior Accounts Clerk who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and provides support to junior accounting staff.

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance OR pursuing ACCA Level I

• 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the accounting field

• Proficient in Google Sheets

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

• Reconcile financial transactions, accounts, and discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, expense reports, and other financial transactions.

• Monitor and track financial transactions and expenses to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
