The Sportsbook Retention Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of Player Engagement, Retention, Promotions and Product Marketing, with the ultimate goal of making BetCAGE Sports the best place for players to play. Effectively markets the BetCAGE Sports Brand to create loyalty and boost revenue, by assisting players in discovering and exploring all BetCAGE Sports options. Maintains and supports effective staff and customer relationships.
Associate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Communication or related field from a recognized academic institution.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience driving high performing teams.
Strong computer skills with a high focus on Excel and Word.
Training in customer service.
Experience in email and mobile marketing or similar, with experience managing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Must have vehicle access to apply.
Responsibilities/Authority:
Lead team members that will drive BetCAGE Sports Player Engagement and Retention agenda.
Leads and executes promotions at BetCAGE Sports Agents and company locations to assist in generating and increasing revenue.
Acts as liaison between players and team members to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
Acts as player liaison to provide timely, accurate and adequate feedback to inform team decision-making in support of Marketing Strategy.
Gathers information for player tracking module.
Provides support to Marketing in distributing promotional material and merchandise.
Works closely with the marketing team to understand the customers and collaborates on opportunities to engage players.
Provide feedback to assist in creating promotional and marketing strategies.
