Accountability Objectives

The HRIS Analyst will optimize and manage Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to enhance organizational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand and improve processes, staying informed about system updates, providing daily support, and maintaining data accuracy. Key responsibilities include overseeing HCM projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, developing training materials, ensuring data security, managing vendor relationships, and resolving technical issues. The Analyst will also assist in implementing new HCM processes, leverage reporting features, develop dashboards, contribute to HR analytics, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This position is crucial for maintaining data integrity, supporting growth, and enhancing HCM functionality.

Requirements

Criteria:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Technology, or a related field. 

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst including database management, data imports, mapping data types, and

writing SQL queries. 

·        Minimum three years (3) HRIS experience

Responsibilities

Major Duties

§  Collaborate with HCM stakeholders and other departments to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

§  Contribute to HCM strategy and design by staying informed about upcoming releases and their potential impact on current functionality.

§  Provide daily support to the HCM team, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

§  Participate in ad hoc projects and HCM-related initiatives.

§  Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects related to HCM, focusing on supporting multiple systems (e.g., ADP, 15Five, Bamboo HR, PeoplePay), and collaborating closely with HR partners globally to prioritize and implement system enhancements.

§  Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities within HCM processes, propose and implement changes to improve system functionality, and map out and document business process logic to align HCM functionality with organizational needs.

§  Ensure alignment of business processes across global subsidiaries.

§  Develop and maintain training materials for system users, delivering technical training to enhance understanding and efficiency.

§  Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.

§  Manage vendor relationships, partner with HCM vendors to resolve system issues, recommend solutions, and perform testing.

§  Be the first point of contact for HCM-related issues, providing timely solutions and collaborating with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.

§  Assist in the implementation of new HCM processes, modules, or systems to support organizational growth and scalability.

§  Maintain access control matrices in alignment with company policies and legal standards, ensuring compliance readiness.

§  Oversee data imports, configuring data types properly to meet application requirements and maintain data integrity

§  Leverage advanced reporting features within the HCM to address ad-hoc reporting needs and develop dashboards to track key HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement, and performance.

§  Contribute to HR analytics projects by providing data insights to support strategic decision-making.

§  Train HR team members on system functionalities, ensuring effective use of the system and adherence to best practices.

§  Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
