Description

To provide administrative support to the Manager, by performing day-to-day administrative duties and by organizing and maintaining data, information and records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Typing Certification (at least 40 words per minute)

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar position

  • Sound interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memoranda, and other correspondence at the direction of the Manager.

  • Assist in the compilation of the Manager’s Monthly Report including utilizing and analyzing information from all Managers’ reports.

  • Attend all Management Meetings and prepare Minutes of same.

  • Provide support to the Management team with regard to assisting with projects and as directed by the Manager.

  • Work with the Sales Manager and Export Manager in the planning and execution of the development of brand awareness through print, radio and TV advertising and promotional materials and specifically with the Brand Manager to implement advertising/marketing plans for designated product group and markets.

  • Collaborate with the Export Manager in the evaluation of product performance as it relates to profitability and sales revenues in both local and export markets. Identify and implement innovative marketing and promotional ideas to increase accordingly.

  • Assist in the undertaking of market research and evaluation of competitive products/ pricing and promotional activity to identify and exploit new/key trends.

  • Assist in implementation of new product launches in the designated markets, from marketing to distribution coordination.

  • Perform any other related functions incidental and consequential to the position.
