Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, or kitchen roles
Basic food safety or handling training (especially for kitchen staff)
Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service etiquette
For Line Cook: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Waiter/Waitress:
Welcome and seat guests warmly
Accurately take food and drink orders
Deliver items efficiently and professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns
Keep dining areas clean and orderly
Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff
Cleaner:
Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including dining room and restrooms
Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists
Replenish cleaning supplies
Notify management of any safety or maintenance concerns
Assist in deep cleaning when required
Line Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes and presentation
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team
Assist in receiving and storing inventory
Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor
