Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit

  • Reliability and time management

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and safety

  • Communication skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, or kitchen roles

  • Basic food safety or handling training (especially for kitchen staff)

  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service etiquette

  • For Line Cook: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsibilities

Waiter/Waitress:

  • Welcome and seat guests warmly

  • Accurately take food and drink orders

  • Deliver items efficiently and professionally

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns

  • Keep dining areas clean and orderly

  • Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff

Cleaner:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including dining room and restrooms

  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists

  • Replenish cleaning supplies

  • Notify management of any safety or maintenance concerns

  • Assist in deep cleaning when required

Line Cook:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes and presentation

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team

  • Assist in receiving and storing inventory

  • Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor
