The Inventory Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of materials, equipment, and spare parts required for the operation and maintenance of the power plant. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, accurate records, and compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting uninterrupted plant operations and project execution.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field would be an asset.
Minimum of 3 years in inventory management, preferably in an EPC company or power plant environment.
A valid driver's permit.
Forklift operator certification preferred.
Familiarity with spare parts, tools, and materials used in industrial facilities is a plus.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite) would be an asset.
Strong understanding of inventory control techniques and best practices.
An Inventory Management Certificate would be an asset
Fluency in Spanish (will be an asset)
