Guysons K+B Industries Inc. is a joint venture between Guysons Engineering and K+B Industries offering OCTG, premium accessory and turnkey manufacturing services in Guyana. GKB is directly contracted to leading Oil & Gas Operators and Contractors. GKB is looking for an energetic, professional, and experienced Business Development Lead to join our client-facing oilfield service team. Candidates must understand the sales process, be excellent at generating leads, build business relationships, and closing deals.
Effective networking and communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sales Management, Creating Reports and Client logs.
2-5 years sales or client relation experience preferably within an Engineering setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline is desirable.
Create and build awareness of GKB brand and its products and services.
Identify sales prospects, conduct client visits, make effective sales calls to close-out sale and client requests.
Research, analyze and prepare reports on potential sales opportunities, industry trends and competitors.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Work closely with the Client Relations, Engineering & Operational Teams to achieve sales target and provide exceptional service delivery to clients.
