1. Investigate and repair all products – within 24 hrs.
2. Customer service - internal and external (zero customer complaints)
3. Building maintenance - weekly and monthly( ensure the smooth
Functioning of the building)
4. Training- other team members – 2 hours of training per week
5. Coaching team members - 30 min twice a month
6. Plan and organize department work with the team – monitor and give feedback to team members & Management as required
7. Produce weekly reports for yourself and team members on the KPI achieved to HR Department.
8. Product/Repair knowledge - learn to repair 14 new items / Problems per month, and produce reports for personal files.
